The cottage enjoys a wonderful New Thuringia in 2240 meters altitude, in the end of the valley
the Habachtales in the Hohe Tauern.

It is located in the alpine region in the Venediger
State of Salzburg.

It can be used as a starting point for mountain hikes,
but also for high-and glacier tours of the surrounding peaks.

The ascent over the normal route starting in the district will Habach
the community Bramberg always along the Habach
scenic Habachtal up under the
Foothills of the Habachkees (glacier).
It is also called the Valley of the emeralds.
